  • Are you an Architectural firm?

    We are not an Architectural firm. We are an MEP+FP Engineering firm that work directly with Architects on most of our projects.

  • How do you price your services?

    In order to stay consitent with our fees we typically charge on a per square foot or per hourly basis. We do this with the full understanding that each project presents its own needs and challenges, and certain projects will be more involved than others. For example, projects such as hospitals and restaurants will typically cost more per square foot than a storage facility or residential building. 

  • What types of projects do you do?

    While our specialty is commercial, residential, mixed use, and hospitality, we assist clients with just about any projects that require MEP/FP drawings. This includes healthcare, recreational, and government projects.

  • Which Regions do You Serve?

    Our Primary Offices are in Denver, CO and Boston, MA. However, we do projects all across the country and are licensed in 40+ states.

  • Do you subcontract any of your work?

    We do not subcontract any of our work.  From project kickoff through construction all of our design is done in house under the direct supervision of licensed professional engineers.
