The Ella in Melrose, MA is a 4-story, 21 unit multipurpose building being built on the foundation of an old grocery store. It consists of an 1800 square foot retail space, 21 apartments, and a skydeck. The building is a new construction that blends with Melrose's surrounding classic New England Architecture
